Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By connecting your social media accounts to Pilot, you agree to these terms. Pilot is a marketing operations toolkit operated by Akson GmbH ("we", "us"), registered in Switzerland.
2. Service description
Pilot provides tools to:
- Publish content to Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, and other connected platforms.
- Manage and monitor advertising campaigns.
- View analytics and engagement metrics for published content.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have the right to publish content through Pilot to your connected accounts.
- Complying with each platform's terms of service and community guidelines.
- Keeping your access tokens and credentials secure.
- The content you publish through Pilot.
4. Platform compliance
Pilot operates within the terms and API policies of each connected platform (Meta Platform Terms, Google API Terms of Service, TikTok Developer Terms). You must comply with these platform policies when using Pilot.
5. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the content you publish through Pilot. Pilot does not claim ownership of any content you create or publish.
6. Limitation of liability
Pilot is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Content published through the service or its consequences.
- Platform API changes, outages, or rate limiting.
- Loss of data due to platform policy changes or account restrictions.
7. Termination
You may stop using Pilot at any time by disconnecting your accounts and removing your local configuration. We may suspend access if we detect misuse or violation of platform policies.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lausanne, Switzerland.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pilot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
